IELTSなどのライティングにはcohesive devices（繋ぎ言葉）もしくは、転換後（transitioin words or phrase）と呼ばれる採点基準があります。

cohesive devicesとは、文と文を繋げる接続詞であったり、前後関係を明確にする副詞などを指します。これらの単語を有効に使うことで、ライティングの点があがりやすくなったり、文の論理性やまとまりを作り出すことが出来ます。
