幼児・保育英語｜着替えで使える英語表現

保育園や幼稚園では、登園後の着替え・外遊びの前後・汗をかいたときなど、子どもが着替える場面がたくさんあります。「服を脱ごうね」「腕を通してね」「自分でできるかな？」など、毎日の着替えで使える英語表現をまとめました。

着替えを始めるときのフレーズ

• It’s time to get dressed.
  （お着替えの時間だよ。）
• Let’s get dressed.
  （お着替えしようね。）
• Let’s change your clothes.
  （お着替えしようね。）
• Come here. Let’s get dressed.
  （こっちにおいで。お着替えしようね。）
• Are you ready to get dressed?
  （お着替えの準備はできたかな？）
• Which clothes do you want to wear?
  （どのお洋服を着たい？）
• Do you want this one or this one?
  （こっちがいい？それともこっち？）

服を脱ぐときのフレーズ

• Let’s take off your shirt.
  （シャツを脱ごうね。）
• Let’s take off your pants.
  （ズボンを脱ごうね。）
• Take off your shoes.
  （靴を脱ごうね。）
• Can you take off your socks?
  （靴下を脱げるかな？）
• Arms up!
  （腕を上げてね！）
• Lift up your arms.

服を「脱ぐ」という動作には take off を使います。put on とセットで覚えると便利です。

服を着るときのフレーズ

  （どっちの腕からかな？）

ボタン・ファスナーなどのフレーズ

  （シャツのボタンを留められるかな？）

  （ボタンを留めようね。）

  （ジャケットのファスナーを閉められるかな？）
• Let’s zip it up.
  （ファスナーを閉めようね。）

服が裏返し・前後逆のとき

着替えを手伝うときのフレーズ

• Now, the other arm.
  （次は反対の腕だよ。）

このような Put your arm through here. / Lift up your leg. などは、実際に子どもの着替えを手伝う場面で使いやすい表現です。

汗をかいたとき・汚れたとき

• You’re all sweaty.
  （汗びっしょりだね。）

  （お着替えしようね。）
• Your clothes are wet.
  （お洋服が濡れているね。）
• Your shirt is dirty.
  （シャツが汚れているね。）

水遊び・外遊びの前後に使えるフレーズ

着替えでよく使う英単語

※「着る」を表す英語に注意 

• put on：「今、着る」という動作に使います。
• wear：身につけている状態を表します。
• get dressed：シャツ、ズボン、靴下……という着替え全体を指すときに便利です。
